Barely a day goes past without the media bombarding us on the state of our health and weight problems. The problem is there always seems to be a good reason not to do anything about our own weight challenges. Somehow the right message needs to get across, because you’re not being told the whole story.
It’s Not Your Fault You’re Obese! Let’s begin by qualifying that: We aren’t implying here that you don’t take responsibility for your weight management. We’re saying you’ve been misled by the powerful diet industry!
We’d like to break that depressing chain of misinformation. We’d like you to have access to some life-changing material. That way you can get back to really living again.
There are too many factors involved in WHY we’re overweight, though often we’re not at fault as individuals. Let’s break the chain though and take control. We can learn new and enjoyable habits that will lose the weight. No longer do we need to feel ashamed.
Visualise this scenario – a Toyota needs fixing, but the mechanic’s been issued with the tools to fix a Ford. Not the right tools at all! Nothing’s the right size!
Without the correct tools, he can’t possibly do a good job. Blatantly the correct equipment is fundamental. Despite the fact that he’ll have a good idea of what he should be doing, with the wrong set of tools he’ll just be disappointed. This probably all sounds a bit obvious, but we’re dealing with the same ‘obvious’ challenge trying to lose weight. Hence we’re looking to provide you with specially designed tools for fat prevention.
Let’s be realistic here – we’re all individual people. We like it to be that way. What works for one doesn’t always work for another. You’ll require access to a set of systems so you can pick the one or two that are right for you.
Many of us will have already found that we find some times easier to diet than others. Usually when we’re occupied with other things, dieting is easier than when we’re doing nothing. A passive lifestyle then can be said to be a very negative contributor where weight management is concerned. We need systems with the right tools to simplify our problem. Only then can we develop daily habits that will help us to stick with a healthy eating program for life.
